[INGREDIENTS]

Eggplant, Pork

1. Blanch
Green Bean Sprouts, Napa Cabbage

TIP: Blanch the napa cabbage and bean sprouts slightly.

2. Mix
Minced Port Meat, Tofu, Chives, Green Bean Sprouts, Napa Cabbage, Garlic, Pepper, Salt, Sesame Oil

TIP: Add more salt or pepper according to taste.

3. Steam
Eggplant, Dumpling Stuffing, Starch

TIP: Coat the inside of eggplants with starch.
TIP: Do not stuff too much in.


[RECIPE]

1. Make the dumpling filling with minced pork meat, tofu, chives, green bean sprouts, napa cabbages and garlic.

2. Stuff the eggplants with the filling and steam them for about 10 minutes.

A Low-calorie food which is rich in vitamins and dietary fiber, eggplants are good for fatigue as well as for weight loss.
