[INGREDIENTS]

Glutinous Rice, Chestnut, Pine Nut, Jujube, Pumpkin Seed, Sunflower Seed

1. Grind
Sasame Seeds, Sesame Oil

TIP: Grind sesame seeds in a food processor with little sesame oil until smooth.

2. Peel
Chestnuts

3. Boil
Glutinous Rice, Chestnuts, Jujubes, Water, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon Powder, Salt, Tahini (Sesame Seed Paste), Pine Nuts, Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Soy Sauce

TIP: Soak the glutinous rice in water for a day.
TIP: Put the brown sugar in first.
TIP: Lid the pot and bring to a boil over low heat for about 15 minutes.
TIP: Stir the ingredients well in the water.
