[INGREDIENTS]

Salmon, Garlic

1. Cut
Garlic, Salmon

2. Coat
Salmon Fillets, Rice Flour

TIP: Coat the salmon fillets with rice flour for better mouthfeel.

3. Deep-fry
Cooking Oil, Coated Salmon Fillets, Garlic

TIP: Fry the garlic first to make the salmon more tasty.
TIP: Deep-fry the salmon fillets until their surfaces get hard.

3. Braise
Fried Salmon Fillets, Fried Garlic, Soy Sauce, Starch Syrup

TIP: Keep stirring the sauce while simmering them.
TIP: Keep the cooking temperature at medium-low.
TIP: Put the salmon fillets in last to keep their shape.


[RECIPE]

1. Deep-fry the prepared salmon fillets and garlic in cooking oil.

2. Simmer the soy sauce and starch syrup in the pot and then put the prepared salmon fillets and garlic in before stir-frying and braising them altogether.
