[INGREDIENTS]
Beef, Green Mussel Meat

1. Marinate
Beef (50 g), Soy Sauce (1T), Sugar (1T), Crushed Garlic (1T), Chopped Spring Onion (1T), Sesame Oil (1T)

TIP: Add a little amount of starch to the marinade.

2. Form
Beef

TIP: Shape each piece into a ball well.

3. Roast
Beef, Cooking Oil

TIP: Sear the beef on all sides rapidly.

4. Braise
Chopped Spring Onion (1T), Honey (2T), Water, Soy Sauce (2T), Mussel Meat (500 g)

TIP: Make the marinade with the leftover cooking oil used to roast the beef.
TIP: Put the beef and sesame oil last.
TIP: Use parboiled mussel meat.


[RECIPE]

1. Sear the marinated beef on all sides.

2. Braise the prepared mussel and beef meat with water and soy sauce.
