[INGREDIENTS]

Sweet Pumpkin (1kg), Brown Sugar, Cinnamon Bark (50g), Ginger (50g) Water

1. Cut
Sweet Pumpkin

TIP: Steam the sweet pumpkin after cutting it into large cubes.
TIP: Remove the pumpkin seeds before steaming.

2. Steam
Sweet Pumpkin

TIP: Steam the pumpkin cubes for 20 minutes.

3. Boil
Brown Sugar (1½ cup), Cinnamon Barks (50g), Ginger (50g), Water (2L), Sweet Pumpkin (1kg)

TIP: Put the sweet pumpkin in last.


[RECIPE]

1. Cut the sweet pumpkin well into large cubes and steam them.

2. Put the prepared brown sugar, cinnamon barks, and ginger together, and boil them with the sweet pumpkin cubes.
