[INGREDIENTS]
Chicken, Garlic, Vinegar

1. Broth
Raw Chicken, Garlic, Green Onion, Black Pepper, Celery, Ginger, Water

TIP: Boil them for about an hour.

2. Boil
Buckwheat Noodles

TIP: Put the boiled buckwheat noodles into cold water immediately.

3. Season
Chicken Broth, Sugar, Vinegar, Salt, Green Chili

4. Garnish
Cucumber, Green Chili, Chicken Meat, Sesame Leaves, Red Chili, Buckwheat Noodles, Chicken Broth

TIP: Cool the broth in the fridge.


[RECIPE]

1. Make the broth with chicken, ginger, garlic, green onion, and black pepper.

2. Put the cooked chicken meat and boiled buckwheat noodles in the broth.
